Wellnatured homes is a brand created by Michelle Ifversen of DesignWell Studios. We work with highly skilled architects, developers and contractors to ensure every home is well-built with high standards supporting health, sustainability, and community. We infuse wellness features along with mindful designs that mimic nature and protect our planet whilst feeling comfortable, spacious, and modern. We create single homes or multiple on large lots for people who desire community and common ground.

Why is this important
Traditional new buildings and older buildings can pose serious health risks and many aren’t built to last. There is a need for better built homes that are more resilient and supportive for the people who occupy them. We include outdoor spaces, lighting, air and water filtration along with healthy building materials that only lift up the occupants.
