Building Wellness Risk Assessment (BWRA) + PLAN
Work with Michelle Ifversen, Building Health expert, Healthy Interior Designer and Integrative Health Practitioner. Michelle has inspected hundreds of homes over the past 15 years and knows what health hazards to look for, where they may be coming from and how to improve them. Many illnesses can be prevented that stem from environmental exposures and high EMFs, poor air, water quality and lighting. She works with you virtually over zoom to go over your property inside and out with a detailed questionnaire to perform a custom building health risk assessment.  

A virtual walkthrough of your property over ZOOM will be performed going over in detail using our Home Health Risk questionnaire. You will receive your custom HOME HEALTH REPORT along with recommendations on testing, remediation or products that may be needed to improve the health of your home.

Includes - 90+min assessment (depending on size of property), virtual walkthrough of your home, in-depth questionnaire, Home Health Report with testing/product/mitigation/recommendations.

*Home Health Report -  The goal is to create a blueprint of your home’s health and how to improve and maintain it so it is a supportive place for you to thrive. Michelle will point out which tests she recommends, what improvements to make and how to maintain your home so it’s supportive, safe and healthy. Custom maintenance plans are additional with full detail for monthly, quarterly and annual plans. Test kits can be purchased online.
